Just discovered a few interesting details about the last days of Philip K. Dick.
He died (after a stroke) at Western Medical Center. I've been there more than a few times and had no idea that this was where Dick died.
Also, just discovered PKD's death certificate online and it included his address info:
408 E. CIVIC CENTER DRIVE, APT. C-1, SANTA ANA, CA
So, I Google-mapped that address and discovered that it's only about a block off of Main street where I travel every day on my way to work.
I'm halfway tempted to drop by sometime and take a picture of the door.
Am I obsessed?
