A scuba diving weiner dog and a seagull who thinks he's a cat, join forces to rescue a penguin found wandering the streets of Dublin in order to stop a one armed Chinese monkey who killed 80 chickens.
Ok, now someone please go and write that screenplay because this is one movie I would love to see.
